Faith to see the miraculous springs from your inner peace. How do we hear and have confidence in our path? The Bible says “Be still, and know that I am God” (Psalm 46:10). Taking time each day to sit quietly with your heavenly Father, listening and waiting upon Him, is the key to developing the intimate, close relationship He desires to have with His children. Internal stillness is where answers come from.
We are not designed to continually handle hard struggles, difficulty, shame, lack, stress, anxiety and failures. Jesus said, “Come unto me and I will give you rest for your souls.” Jesus said His yoke is easy and His burden light (Matt. 11:28–30), so take Him up on His offer! This is where peace is found!
I’m on the other side of the cross, are you? When you encounter the cross of Christ and come to that place where you can leave every hindrance there, every circumstance and anxiety and every form of sickness and disease—then you’re living on the other side of the cross!
If you can control your thoughts, you can overcome in life. No person, spirit, or circumstance has the right or ability to control your thoughts. Your mind is a prime target for the enemy, but you CAN protect yourself from his attacks. How do you do this? By being vigilant and aware of what you are thinking about, and examining it against what God says. If it doesn’t agree, take it captive and correct it with the Word!
There are times when prayer is sweet communion with the Father and Jesus. There are other times, such as the ones we’re currently experiencing, when we must bind and loose things on this earth. God is expecting US to address the mountain, not address Him about the mountain!
There’s no need to wait for what God has already given you. However, there IS a need to believe in yourself, and that you are gifted by God Himself to carry out His purpose for your life!
As parents we shape the future of our children through our words. Why not shape our own future with the very words we speak? Today choose to speak words of life and healing over yourself!
When we know and understand our exalted position, seated in heavenly places in Christ, we will identify more with the Christ who walked out of the tomb than with the Christ who died on the Cross!
Matthew 7:11 says, “If you then being evil know how to give goods unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good gifts to them that ask Him?” Not only is God NOT the author of sickness and disease, not only is God NOT using sickness as the tool in His hand, but He clearly tells us that He has a great desire to answer our prayers and to meet our needs!
When Peter walked on the water, he may have been surrounded by gale force winds and waves, but it didn’t matter as long as his eyes were focused on Jesus and his mind remained controlled and untroubled. We can only control what we see and what we think. If we live our lives circumstance-driven we will never see the results of faith that we desire!
