I am praying for our friends and partners, that you may know the plan that the Lord has set forth for your life. This knowledge will generate an inner strength, enabling you to face life each day with an “all things are possible” attitude. We pray that you may have His wisdom and His understanding for all of life’s decisions!
We would be wise to nurture the life that God gave us when we were born again. It is an overcoming life that Jesus first demonstrated, then freely gave us to be overcomers. It is the only part of heaven that is on earth right now, and it’s in us! It is a devil defeating life, a miracle life!
God has more than enough healing, peace, and finances for anyone seeking them. He is NOT limited, and we will certainly NEVER break the bank of heaven!
Thoughts can be deadly. Even in the natural process of healing our thought life plays a direct role in the chemicals released into the rest of the body. Wrong thinking can be a toxic killer if allowed to make deep ruts in our thinking. This means if you allow lust, anger, hatred, envy and jealousy to dominate your thought life, the poison they contain has the power to destroy your life.
Many people, including some preachers, say that God is in control and whatever happens is His will. But does a farmer reap what God sows? What kind of crop will the farmer get if he takes the year off and just tells God he will take whatever crop God produces? No, the farmer reaps what he himself sows. If this principle is true for the farmer, isn’t it true for us also?
The Word of God is more important than a newspaper or magazine, more important than a movie, our social media accounts or any other book we may want to read. God’s Word is the first and most important thing we should be focusing on!
The scenarios we create with our words can either draw favor, blessings, goodwill, love, healing, finances, and trust to us…or they can draw anger, hate, fear, anxiety, and death into our lives. Regardless of whether you choose to believe in it or not, life and death truly is in the power of your tongue (Proverbs 18:21).
The most dangerous time is to deal with a beehive is when the bees have stopped producing honey and the hive is full. Bees with no work to do become agitated and begin to look at the beekeeper and each other as enemies, so they begin to sting. The same thing happens in the church when it loses the larger purpose of reaching out to others. They begin an inward-spiraling cycle of backbiting, scorn, and criticism that can cause destruction to the church and the very people they are called to work with!
The apostle Paul tells us in Ephesians 6:13, “Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.” It is very important that we have our armor on, because now more than ever we must remember that we do not fight against each other; we stand against the devil—the one who has blinded people’s minds. “Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.”
Scripture tells us in Luke 9:1-2 that “he called his twelve disciples together and he gave them power and authority over all devils and to cure diseases. And he sent them to preach the Kingdom of God and to heal the sick.” That power and authority was never withdrawn! What an opportunity each one of us has been given!
