Living in the Now

In God’s mind, time is always the present. Yesterday is gone. All your victories and defeats are in the past. You can learn from them and move on, or negatively dwell on them and remain stuck in the past, but God does not. He is interested in NOW!

Meet the New You!

Have you seen the cross of Jesus Christ? Have you recognized the fatal blow it delivered to the devil’s authority over you? Are you experiencing the resurrection power of God now available to you in forgiveness, deliverance, health and every area of your life?

Off with the Old

You should never be too busy to say goodbye to your old self with its past habits, thought patterns, and mistakes of yesterday, and hello to all you have been given in your resurrected life in Christ. “You have put off the old self with its practices and have put on the new self. You are being renewed in knowledge according to the image of your Creator” (Colossians 3:9-10 HCSB).

Victory Now in Christ

Ephesians 1:6 says that we are seated together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus. That’s not a future promise, it’s a present reality that will help you greatly as you navigate the tribulations on this earth. Our position in Christ is secure, because we’re not sitting next to Him, we are positioned IN Him, and He is IN us! When we understand this and look at ourselves from His perspective, we will rise above the mountains and the enemies before us!

Goodness Restored

Satan told Eve that eating of the fruit of the tree would make them like God, knowing good and evil. When we read in the book of Genesis we discover that as God created, each act of creation was followed by His decreeing that “it was GOOD.” God never intended for us to know evil, He intended us to enjoy the blessing and the goodness of all that He had created for us. It was Satan who desired that we experience evil, but Jesus has restored the blessing and our dominion to us!

How’s Your Relationship?

Even though Jesus had the most significant purpose on earth to accomplish, He was never in a hurry. He was confident that His mission would be completed because He walked in an intimate relationship with the Father. Knowing how important this is, why are we not making that kind of relationship with the Father a priority in our lives?

Repeat After Him…

Many people fail to receive what they pray for because of lack of understanding about confession. The word confession in the Greek language means “saying the same thing.” This means we are to believe and say only what God says in His Word about our sins, sicknesses and everything else included in our redemption. When we affirm what God says about it, He watches over it to make it good!

Time to Start Sowing!

God tells us in 2 Corinthians 9 that He gives seed to the sower. What seed from God do you have that you can sow? His Word is full of seeds, they are the truth of who you are in Christ, what you have, and what you can do. Find those seeds and start sowing them into your heart, speaking them over yourself each day. Water them with your faith and patience, and watch transformation begin to take place as you see the Word becoming alive in you!

Wind and Waves

Jesus gave Peter power to walk on water, but the devil stole it away by getting him to fix his attention on the wind (representing things we feel) and on the waves (representing things we see). Peter had the power and used it, but then lost it by doubting. If we will keep our focus continually on Jesus, we will walk in the miraculous!

What Are You Producing?

Your heart is the spiritual “factory” that creates reality from what is placed in it. Your words are the raw material that the faith in your heart goes to work on, creating the world around you. That means you have the power to produce heaven on earth, or hell on earth, all by what you are saying!
