The devil has stolen the inheritance of the Body of Christ and is holding it without rightful ownership. Only when you as a believer rise up in your faith to take it back will he be forced to give it back to you. That’s why it is so important to study the Word of God, it’s the “reading of the will” where you discover what is now yours!

Many believers are asking God to do what He already told THEM to do. “Lord, send Your Spirit! Lord, send your angels to save my family! Lord, SEND…” But Jesus told us in the gospels, “As I have been sent SO I SEND YOU….Go into all the world and preach the gospel” (John 20:21; Mark 16:15 author’s emphasis).

My friend, your future is in your hands. God has already cast His vote for you. He paid for it all. He believes in you, and when you are born again He comes to live IN you to see your miracle come to pass. He had a plan and picture of your destiny from the foundation of the earth. Your faith decision mixed with His wonderful, unmerited, undeserved favor will bring it to pass. It’s NOT based on what life throws at you, and THE DEVIL CANNOT STOP YOU!

What do you see in the midst of what’s going on in your world? What do you hear in the midst of a sickness, or a problem or something that’s coming against you? What do you see and what do you hear? How big have you allowed God’s Word to be inside you?

When we know who Jesus is, we know who we are. And when we know who we are, we know what we can do.  This is why mountains, obstacles, troubles, and anything else that keeps us from being the best that God made us to be can be removed when we speak!

We are not designed to continually handle hard struggles, difficulty, shame, lack, stress, and failures. Jesus said, “Come unto me and I will give you rest for your souls.” He also said His yoke is easy and His burden light (Matt. 11:28–30). If you’ve allowed the troubles and uncertainty of the times to pile greater and greater loads of care upon you, it’s time to come back to Jesus and make an exchange. “…Casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you” (1Peter 5:7).

Let’s not make prayer difficult! Keep it SIMPLE! That’s how God designed it! Faith is the simple confession of a heart who believes that in Christ we are who our Father says we are, we have what He says we have and can do what He says we can do!

If you’re feeling like a captive on a boat that’s being hurled around because of someone else’s decisions or actions, don’t give in to anger and worrying! Remember, if you’re born again then Jesus is not only with you on the boat, He lives inside you! You are NOT powerless, you have the name of Jesus and His authority to speak to those storms!

In Jeremiah 29:11 God says that He has plans to prosper you. He has planned for your health and your future. There is a destiny that is before you. Expect it! Plan for it! Dream it! Say it! Believe it and it will unfold before you!

There is no special theological degree required to lay your hands on the sick and see them recover. You can trust God’s Word! Just take the opportunities the Lord gives you—the rest is up to Him!
