Where do we find the power of God? It is NOT something outside of us that we have to cry and beg to receive; the power of God is living on the inside of us through His Son, Jesus Christ!
God knows exactly what we need to live an abundant, fulfilled life. He knows the dangers along the way, and has promised to provide for every situation we will face. He’s not hiding this information from us, but it’s OUR responsibility to keep His Word in front of us. That’s where we find the map to navigate around danger and stay on course!
We were created to exist in perfect harmony with God. Jesus shows us God’s intention, which is to reunite us in perfect unity with Him—one spirit with Him, our hearts beating as one with His heart, and our bodies resonating with health!
How do you begin to live a life of consistent results? Begin with your thoughts! Fill the treasure chest of your mind with the truth and expectation from God’s Word, instead of the thoughts of fear and dread the world is continually trying to infect you with. This is the Church’s finest hour! If Jesus is alive as we proclaim, then He has the power to change men and answer prayer. He has the power to establish nations and create peace. He has the power to produce wealth and heal the sick. Where is that power? IT IS IN US!
The Spirit and power dwelling in us raised Christ from the dead! What does that mean for us? “…if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead WILL ALSO GIVE LIFE TO YOUR MORTAL BODIES through His Spirit who dwells in you” (Romans 8:11)!
God believes in us and has entrusted us with His Gospel. He believes we can communicate to the world, and He believes we have the stuff to overcome all obstacles and devils! Do YOU believe it?
The Word of God is the truth, so it must be our standard as the absolute truth we live by. No matter how different the natural facts may appear, the reality is that God’s Word IS and ALWAYS WILL BE the final and absolute truth in every situation!
Every week most of you go to work believing your employers will honor their promise to pay you. You don’t question it, but rather plan what you are going to do with the promised income. Do the promises of God and what He says is already yours hold the same reality and expectation for you?
