Great Expectations

The only way we can build our expectations upon something other than personal experiences is through exposing our hearts and minds to the “great and precious promises” of God, and believing them to be ours! (2 Peter 1:4)

Only God Can Transform You

When we submit to God’s Word and continue to claim it as who we are, no matter how messed up we may be in the now, we are allowing GOD to work His Word out in us, activating the power in it to renew our minds and transform our thinking. Then what? We begin to live, move and have our being in the real, transformed, Kingdom-life Jesus has given to us!

Adjust Your Focus

The Word of God is more important than any newspaper or magazine, more important than a movie, your social media accounts or any other book you may want to read. God’s Word is the first and most important thing we should all be focusing on!

Living Sacrifices

By confidently declaring to the Lord what we believe and thanking Him that His Word is true in our spirit, soul, body and circumstances, we are presenting ourselves to Him as living sacrifices. This is our spiritual worship, as we come to Him—regardless of what we might be experiencing in the moment—and affirming that what was done in and for us as new creations in Christ overrides every circumstance, thought and feeling to the contrary!

Have a Need? Plant a Seed!

In every aspect of natural life, the power of life is found in seeds. A farmer doesn’t need great faith to see a crop or harvest, he just needs enough good sense to plant his seeds. He doesn’t need any power or anointing to farm, all he needs is enough sense to put the seed in the ground. A farmer doesn’t check the soil to see if the soil is doing its job, He just casts the seed. God’s Word is a spiritual seed full of potential, and when put in the good ground of man’s spirit, it will always grow and produce the image and likeness of Christ!

Sow to Grow

Many people, including some preachers, say that God is completely sovereign and therefore whatever happens is His will. But does a farmer reap what God sows? What kind of crop will the farmer get if he takes the year off and just tells God he will take whatever crop God produces? No, the farmer reaps what he himself sows. If this principle is true for the farmer, isn’t it true for us also?

Let the Word Work

“…when you received the word of God which you heard from us, you welcomed it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which also effectively works in you who believe” (1 Thess. 2:13). It doesn’t say we and our own efforts are effectively working in us, it says the Word of God that we trust and believe is doing the work—regardless of what our senses or other people are saying!

The Door to the Impossible

The faith God has given us is the most powerful force on earth, but it can’t work in the midst of doubt, fear and worry. We must spend time in God’s Word and allow it to renew our minds to its absolute truth. This is how we enter the rest of faith and watch the impossible become possible!

This is How We Do It

When we truly learn who Jesus is and what He has done both for us and in us, we discover who we really are. And when we discover who we are, we learn what are to be doing here in the earth.  Mountains, obstacles, troubles and anything else that tries to hinder us from carrying out God’s plans and purposes will then be removed when we speak!

Seeds of Change

God tells us in 2 Corinthians 9 that He gives seed to the sower. What seed from God do you have that you can sow? God has given ideas and concepts to you about who He says you are, what you have been given in Christ, and what you can do. These are key seeds that you have the opportunity to sow to experience the results you want in your life!
